Boston's history, for example, fascinates people. Folks love to stroll its old streets, or meander along its famous Freedom Trail. Start in the Boston Common, the oldest public park in North America. Wind up in Charlestown, where rebel Yankee farmers shocked the British forces at the Battle of Bunker Hill. Poke into the famous places you've read so much about in history books, like the Old South Church, where the Boston Tea Party started, or Faneuil Hall, America's "Cradle of Liberty."  Stroll through Quincy Market, which hosts more visitors every year than Disney World!

 

If you have a few hours, it's a gem to visit Lexington and Concord, and hear the stories behind the "Shot heard round the world."  Let's put together a tour to fit your interests and time-frame. If you have an afternoon and love history, we can stroll part of the Freedom Trail, visit the gold-domed State House, and walk through the Boston Public Garden, home to Boston's two most famous statues. (Hint: think ducks and Presidents.) We'll end the day with a refreshing stop at Sam Malone's Cheers Bar, where "Everybody knows your name."
